As Co-Owner of Woodbrey Family Travel, helping others create those meaningful experiences is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Growing up in a large family, travel opportunities were limited. Most of our adventures were road trips to Southern Utah, with the occasional visit to Disneyland. Those trips may have been simple, but they sparked a love of travel that would eventually shape both my career and my life.

That passion grew even stronger when I had the opportunity to work for Disney as a performer. Meeting and interacting with guests from around the world opened my eyes to the incredible impact travel can have on families and individuals. While Disney will always hold a special place in my heart, those experiences inspired me to explore beyond the parks and develop a deeper appreciation for travel in all its forms.

Through years of travel experience and working with thousands of guests from around the world, I've learned what it takes to create vacations that are both seamless and memorable. My goal is to help families spend less time worrying about the details and more time creating lasting memories together.

Outside of travel, I am an avid runner and have completed more than 200 Disney races. Those events have connected me with people from all walks of life and reinforced my belief that travel and shared experiences have a unique way of bringing people together.

I am a people person at heart and genuinely enjoy getting to know my clients, learning about their dreams, and helping turn those dreams into reality. Travel has always been one of my greatest passions—and getting to experience it with the people I love makes it even more meaningful.

I grew up in a family where travel was a priority, and my parents made it a point to take us as far as the budget would allow. That perspective shaped how I see the world—and how I plan travel for others. To this day, I’m just as happy camping in the red rocks of Southern Utah as I am enjoying a five-star hotel in a world-class city. Some of my favorite destinations include Alaska, London, Maui & Bryce Canyon National Park.

My professional journey in the travel industry began with the Walt Disney Company, where I was “friends” with multiple characters & eventually was selected for a Professional Internship working with the Youth Education Series. That experience sparked a deeper love for the industry and set the foundation for the work I do today.

Since then, I’ve built a strong professional background across the nonprofit and higher education sectors, while also earning my Master of Business Administration degree. These experiences have shaped my approach to travel planning—combining organization, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how to create meaningful, well-designed experiences.

Today, I’m proud to be working full-time in our family business, helping others explore the world with confidence and ease. Whether you’re planning a once-in-a-lifetime trip or your next family getaway, I’m here to make the process simple, thoughtful, and tailored just for you.

I first visited Walt Disney World in 1997 in high school and fell in love with timeless magic of Disney. Since then, I have experienced this magic over 100 times through all walks of my life. I have been lucky to visit many Disney properties as a teenager, an adult, and now sharing the magic with my husband and two beautiful girls, who are both growing up Disney!

Now, as a Disney Travel Planner, I get the privilege of helping many families plan and experience the vacation of a lifetime and I absolutely love it! While I currently live in Virginia, I’ve helped guests from all around the world plan their racecation for a runDisney event, their honeymoon, or even the magical family adventure for 20 plus family members. There is nothing quite as special as getting photos or texts from guests who are living their dream on a vacation.

My Disney experience allows me to help design and plan each vacation based on your needs and wants. Each Disney trip is unique and special and I treat each one as if it were my own! Howdy! My name is Diane Besosa and I reside in College Station, Texas home to Texas A&M University. Having participated in runDisney events since 2014, being a Disney Bride, and our many Disney vacations prior and in between, I offer experience and knowledge with Disney, unique from most travel consultants. I have, also, been lucky enough to traverse the world, while cruising, since my first cruise on the Big Red Boat at 10 years old.

My own family has enjoyed going to Disney World for over 30 years with trips to Disneyland and Disneyland Paris too. I have enjoyed participating with runDisney and making new friends from all over the world on race weekends. While family trips to Disney are magical, I have also enjoyed trips with just my husband and trips with girlfriends. I love traveling both in the states and abroad. Some of my favorite overseas trips have been to Prague, London, and Punta Cana. Traveling in the states and internationally are both enjoyable but being pampered on Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Disney cruises are an adventure I’ve enjoyed too.

Hello, I’m Doug! I’ve been optimizing Disney vacations since I was six—figuring out which E-Ticket rides I could fit into the day! My wife and I have enjoyed many magical vacations to Walt Disney World, and we’ve loved sharing that experience with our son. While visiting Paris, we even had to take a side trip to experience Disneyland Paris!

I’m also a PADI Certified Divemaster and have enjoyed diving throughout the Caribbean and Florida Keys. Cruising is one of my favorite ways to explore new destinations and dive sites—and sometimes discover places I want to return to for a longer stay. Disney Cruise Line offers some great scuba excursions, combining two of my favorite things: cruising and diving!

I simply love to travel and experience new places. Some of my favorite trips have taken me to Yellowstone, New York City, San Francisco, Costa Rica, London, and Paris. I’d love to put my experience, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to work creating an unforgettable vacation for you.

Travel has been a passion of mine from an early age. Born in Southern California and raised primarily in Maine, I was fortunate to experience the value of travel throughout my childhood. My father owned his own business, which allowed our family to spend two weeks each year exploring destinations across the United States. With the support of my teachers, I completed schoolwork while traveling, gaining firsthand exposure to different cultures, regions, and experiences.

My appreciation for travel expanded internationally during high school. As a junior, I participated in a school-sponsored trip to Madrid, Spain, and as a senior, I traveled to Athens, Greece. These experiences were truly transformative, opening my eyes to the broader world and igniting a lifelong passion for exploration and cultural discovery.

Over the years, I have continued to travel extensively and have helped many friends and family members plan memorable trips. Known for my attention to detail and strong organizational skills, I take pride in creating well-planned travel experiences tailored to individual needs and interests.

For most of my career, I worked in Corporate America, where I managed multimillion-dollar budgets and developed expertise in planning, financial stewardship, relationship management, and delivering results. Recently, I made the decision to transition from the corporate world and pursue a career that combines my professional strengths with my passion for travel and helping others.
